Exporting used cars are a relatively new line of business for Kyoei Boeki / Mutual Trading, however, we have been active in international trade taking various shapes and forms ever since the founding of our company in 1926. It was a natural decision to move into this sector after driving over 5,000 (and increasing) used cars and trucks for auction sites in Yokohama and loading the same into roro vessels from Daikoku Futo, the car exporting gateway to the world. Being a Yokohama local for four generations, our ties with the port and its workers are strong.

Partnership with a yard in northern Kanto (about 1.5 hour drive from Yokohama) is where we keep our inventory. Operations such as container vanning, preparation for custom clearance, washing, cleaning is done there. We test drive all of our cars to make sure it’s up to our standards.

We know how it works; a strength accumulated through hands-on, on-site experience. This is something many exporters in Japan overlook and underestimates. Our pricing is balanced with its quality.
